Submit a Claim
To make your warranty claim as efficient as possible for claims concerning gates, please submit two pictures from both sides (4 total) of the fence where the issue is, two from close to the fence and two that are far enough to see the gate posts (example below).
For picket warranty claims, please take two pictures. One from the picket location up close and one farther away so that the technician can see the area (example below) the picket is located. Adding an object next to the picket (like the rod leaning on the picket at the center of the picture below) and making it visible in the picture from farther away is even better!
